Bringing a wealth of expertise in human resources, compliance, and organizational leadership, Jennifer serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Northwest Colorado Health. In her role, she focuses on overseeing human resources, IT, and facilities while contributing to compliance efforts. Jennifer is deeply committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, supporting the success of ACTSS.

A 2012 graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science (Health Promotion concentration) and a Business Administration Minor, Jennifer has been with Northwest Colorado Health since 2013. Her career growth within the organization includes roles as a Medical Assistant, Community Health Educator, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Manager, culminating in her current leadership position in 2024. She earned her Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional Certification in 2020, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence.
